• Tuxonomy: A taxonomy and naming convention management platform for paid media campaigns. Tuxonomy connects to advertising platforms (such as TikTok Ads, Google Ads, Display & Video 360, Campaign Manager 360, and Meta Ads) to validate and enforce campaign naming standards.
• AI Media Planning: An AI-powered media planning tool (coming soon).

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To use our services, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account information up to date.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Third-Party Platform Integrations

Tuxonomy allows you to connect your advertising platform accounts via OAuth authorisation. By connecting an account, you:

• Authorise Tuxonomy to access campaign, ad group, and ad naming data from the connected platform
• Acknowledge that Tuxonomy may read entity names and statuses for compliance validation purposes
• Understand that rename operations are only performed with your explicit approval
• Accept that you may disconnect any platform account at any time, which immediately revokes Tuxonomy’s access

Tuxonomy is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok, Google, Meta, or any other advertising platform. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms of service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit malware or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Interfere with the performance of our services
• Harass or abuse other users
• Scrape or collect our data without permission

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Property

All intellectual property rights in our services, including our software, designs, logos, and content, are owned by AdBrick or our licensors.

6.2 Licence

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use our services for your business purposes.

6.3 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you upload to our services. You grant us a licence to use your content as necessary to operate our services.

7. Payment Terms

For paid services, you agree to pay the fees specified at the time of purchase. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change fees with prior notice.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to access our services ends.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdBrick shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AdBrick from any claims, damages, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or use of our services.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes will be resolved by the courts of Istanbul.
